Customers and orders

You must be 18 or over to buy tobacco or alcohol products. By using this site you confirm that you are 18 or older. We may cancel and refund any order where we cannot confirm this.

Prices

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Products are sold and delivered within Australia only.

Delivery

Orders are posted every Monday and Thursday by Australia Post Express and usually arrive within 1–4 business days. See Delivery & Shipping for rates.

Returns

Tobacco products cannot be returned. Other unused, unopened items can be returned within 7 days. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

Lost parcels

We can't take responsibility for parcels lost in transit, but if a parcel goes missing because of an Australia Post error we will try to locate it and give a full refund if it can't be resolved.
