Returns Policy
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your good(s) if any good(s) are damaged from Delivery.
However, any tobacco related products cannot be returned. Tobacco products are stored in humidors at our storage facility, which are then inspected for any damages or defects prior to shipping. When your cigar(s) have arrived, please make sure that they are stored at a temperature of 19C – 70% humidity as they are perishable goods.
If you wish to return any non-perishable item please contact us in order to indicate the reason for your return. We accept returns for full refunds, within 7 days. The product will need to be unused, unopened and still in new condition.
Please contact us first so we can provide the return address and smoothly process your refund. Lost / Missing Items
Cigar Brothers cannot take responsibility for any parcels lost during transit. All our parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking details sent to the email address that was provided during the purchase.
However, if a parcel is missing during transit due to an Australia Post error, we will take measures to locate the item and a full refund will be issued if it is not resolved.
